Once upon a time there lived an exemplary example of socially awkward misfit, it also happened to be a child. As it grew it became more and more so awkward; slipping and sliding out of first one label and then the next, and so forth. And by and by it grew up—not into a swan, but into a socially awkward duck. Real life just refuses to bow to the dictates of poetry, sadly. Which is why we continue to manufacture it ourselves (even when it makes ears bleed copiously, perhaps even especially so).

Casey is the instigator of the operation in all things, most especially in dodging responsibility when things go sour. Because apparently when graduating with a non-specific degree and no career ambitions, the thing to do is talk to inanimate objects and create art.

Quack.


(Also, I identify non-binary/agender with a slight leaning toward male.  Please do not use female pronouns for me.  I prefer gender neutral, but male are acceptable.)
